This project was started as an ongoing commitment to exercise my creativity and explore my boundaries as an artist. I have successfully completed the year-long project that began on January 1, 2013 and has continued on, non-stop, every day until the last day of the year, December 31, 2013.
For each day, I have chosen a word from the dictionary, the internet, family, friends, and you, my fans, and created an original image that reflects my view of the word and its meaning. All original illustrations are sketched and inked on a 6 X 9 smooth Bristol paper with a one inch white border around all sides. They are defined in color using such media as watercolor and ink wash as well as Prismacolor marker.
All purchases from this series will come printed on Ultrasmooth Fine Art Paper as an archival Giclee print.
Each one will be signed and numbered by the artist, James Heroux.
FREE SHIPPING on all Word.A.Day Prints. Your art will be packaged in a bubble mailer and sealed in a protective sleeve, ready to frame.
